There are also six title fights sanctioned by the International Kickboxing Federation, including a world middleweight bout between Daniel Kim (10-3) and Dion Paminato (12-4).
A light welterweight boxing match between Al Simpson and Victor Cortez, both making their pro debuts, is also being held.
The weigh-ins are today at 5 p.m. at the auditorium, which used to host boxing matches until the mid-1990s.
Damian said the city of Richmond was
"We wanted to put on an event that would leave a good impression," Damian said, "so that everyone who attends the show will hopefully want to go again."
