Cal women's basketball player Reshanda Gray was named Pac-12 Player of the Week after leading the Bears to a road sweep over the Washington schools.

Gray, a junior forward, averaged 22 points and 11 rebounds in the victories and scored her 1,000th career point in Sunday's 87-70 win over Washington State. She shot 53.3 percent from the floor and had double-doubles in the two games.

The honor is the first of Gray's career and the first for any Cal player this season.

Washington's Kelsey Plum was named the conference's Freshman of the Week after leading the Huskies to a stunning 87-82 upset win over previous No. 3 Stanford. She also had 16 points and nine assists in Washington's loss to Cal.
