Spurs 113, Clippers 103: Former Saint Mary's star Patty Mills scored 16 of his 25 points in the fourth quarter as San Antonio beat the Clippers. The Spurs played without Tony Parker, whom coach Gregg Popovich said would be sidelined "for the foreseeable future" because of numerous aches and pains -- including a bruised shin, a groin strain and lower back spasms. Blake Griffin had 35 points and 12 rebounds for the Clippers.

Heat 117, Mavericks 106: LeBron James scored a season-high 42 points and Miami beat Dallas. James had his first 40-point game of the season.

Pacers 108, Hawks 98: Paul George scored 26 points, including four 3-pointers, to lead Indiana. The Hawks have lost six straight.

Suns 112, Nuggets 107: Gerald Green scored a career-high 36 points, including eight in overtime, and Phoenix beat Denver.

Cavaliers 114, 76ers 85: Tyler Zeller scored a season-high 18 points and grabbed a career-best 15 rebounds as Cleveland pushed its winning streak to five games.

Raptors 103 Wizards 93: Kyle Lowry had 24 points and 10 assists as Toronto beat Washington.

Bucks 104, Magic 100: Brandon Knight made two free throws with 5.5 seconds left to seal Milwaukee's victory.

Grizzlies 98, Knicks 93: Mike Conley scored 22 points in his return after missing seven games with an ankle injury and Memphis weathered New York's second-half rally.

Bobcats 108, Pistons 96: Al Jefferson had 32 points, 12 rebounds and seven assists to lead Charlotte.

Trail Blazers: Forward LaMarcus Aldridge will be out for a week because of a left groin strain.

Odom to play in Spain: Former NBA star Lamar Odom has agreed to a short-term deal with Spanish basketball club Baskonia. The former Los Angeles Lakers forward has a two-month contract, the club said.
