The plaintiffs are seeking an injunction that would allow Division I players the right to band together to sell their services in an open market. If it goes to trial as expected, it'll come a month before the fifth anniversary of the filing of the suit. Wilken also set a trial for March on claims by other athletes that the NCAA and Electronic Arts misappropriated athlete names and likenesses for NCAA-branded video games.
