    The buzzy drama returns from hiatus with the first of eight new episodes, and Sally (Kate Burton) is about to deliver a shocking announcement that will rock the White House.

  • "Portlandia" (10 p.m., IFC): Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein are back for a new, 10-episode season of sketch-comedy goodness. In the opener, Kirsten Dunst guest stars as a woman haunted by highly intelligent ghosts.
