Chris Brown was tossed out of rehab for making mocking remarks during group sessions, refusing a drug test after returning from an outing, and getting too close to women.

They obviously don't know how special he is.

Brown spent the weekend in jail because after he was tossed from the court-ordered rehab center, where he was getting treatment for anger management issues. One of the rules Brown allegedly violated was one especially created for him -- he had to stay at least 2 feet from all women, according to TMZ.

That's one he should have to follow on the outside, too.

Sources told TMZ the facility imposed the 2-foot rule because of Brown's conviction for beating then-girlfriend Rihanna. Brown reportedly violated it by touching elbows and hands with a woman.

TMZ said also when Brown returned last week from an authorized outing, he refused a request to take a drug test. Sources supposedly told the site he eventually took the test and passed, but that didn't clear him for refusing.

The third violation occurred when Brown allegedly mocked rehab during a group session with some harsh comments.

Source also reportedly told the website Brown had some sort of sexual encounter with a woman at the facility at the beginning of the month, but for some reason that didn't get him trouble.

They must not have touched elbows.

Brown was still being held without bail Monday morning. His lawyer, Mark Geragos, will expected to appear in court Monday on Brown's behalf.
