Sriracha Deviled Eggs
1 dozen hard-boiled eggs, peeled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Salt, pepper to taste
Black sesame seeds, garnish
1. Cut the eggs in half, lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks.
2. Mix the yolks with the mayonnaise and Sriracha. Stir in the rice vinegar, salt and pepper. Mash it and mix it together until the mixture is smooth. It will be a little on the thin side.
3. Spoon the filling into the egg halves. Garnish with a few black sesame seeds or some chopped chives.
