Artisan Smoky Bacon and Apple Slaw
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
16-ounce package shredded coleslaw mix
1 large Fuji or Granny Smith apple, diced
4 slices thick-cut maple bacon, cooked and crumbled
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, hot sauce, sugar and salt.
2. Add coleslaw mix and diced apple; toss until evenly coated. Sprinkle with bacon; cover and chill until ready to serve.
