New bridge bypass throws a curve at drivers With 44 accidents reported since its opening as a bypass to accommodate a new Bay Bridge east span, the bend in the road has become a focus of safety concerns.
A Laney win and the Eagles likely will stay at home to play the Eagle Bowl. A Laney loss, and the Eagles could miss a bowl altogether, go on the road to play one or stay at home and host their bowl.
