On May 21, veteran iconic KTVU anchorman Dennis Richmond will gaze into the cameras and, with that no-frills baritone delivery Bay Area viewers have come to know so well, he'll sign off Channel 2's nightly newscast for the last time. It will bring to an end a remarkable 40-year career in which Richmond established himself as a trusted source of information and the most popular TV news personality in the market.
