The Warriors reportedly agreed to a deal with free-agent guard Leandro Barbosa, ESPN.com reported Thursday morning.

Barbosa, 31, will join Golden State on a one-yea contract for the veteran minimum.

Barbosa will likely join Shaun Livingston as a backup point guard behind starter Stephen Curry. Former No. 1 pick Nemanja Nedovic and undrafted rookie Aaron Craft are also in the mix at guard for the Warriors.

Barbosa, who is playing for Brazil when the FIBA World Cup begins this weekend in Spain, played 20 games last season with the Phoenix Suns. Barbosa has also played with Indiana, Toronto and Boston during his career that began in 2003-04.
